has to offer. Although the apartment is a mere 15-20 minutes walk to the
beach or old town and 10 minutes to Club Oxyd, it is in a quiet residential
area. When you have had enough of the night life simply return to the apartment
for some peace and quiet.

In addition to being reasonably close to the beach or old town, other facilities within easy reach of the apartment are the Saturday Market (10 mins), restaurants (5 mins), BIM supermarket (2 mins), Dolmus bus route (5 mins) and a number of bars nearby. The swimming pool is about 5 seconds away. |
| The duplex apartment is situated on the ground floor and first floors of a small apartment block and overlooks the landscaped gardens. The swimming pool is shared only between the residents of the apartments and can be reached straight from the patio. It is open from the beginning ot April to the end of October. |  |

The apartment will sleep up to 6 people but 4 is the ideal number. The main bedroom has a double bed, with 2 singles in the smaller bedroom and a double bed/settee in the lounge. The American style fully fitted kitchen includes oven, hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. There is a patio off the lounge and a large balcony off the main bedroom. Satellite TV is installed and there is a DVD player which will also play music CDs and MP3 CDs. |
Each apartment has its' own individual
solar heating system for hot water, after a hard day on the beach you
will not find the neighbouring apartments have used all the water and
left you with a cold shower! There are 2 shower rooms in the apartment,
one on each floor. To help you cool off after a hard day by the pool
the lounge is air-conditioned.  |
